Week 13 of Cross Country is this Saturday, 20th July at Aranmore Lake, 100 Crawley Road, Narre Warren North.
It’s designed for ALL family members. There is no fee for current registered members. New members are welcomed and encouraged – It is $85 for the season. Please sign up by Friday at http://www.pakenhamlac.com.au or come down for a free trial on Saturday.

Race order this week is as follows:
9:00am – U6-U7 1000m
9:10am – U8-U9 1500m and U5 500m
9:20am – U10-U11 2000m
9:30am – U12-U16 3000m

Please arrive 15 minutes before your race in case we run ahead of time.

Just a reminder that there are no toilets at the course – so please keep this in mind before you leave the house!
