Week 12 of Cross Country is this Saturday, 13th July at Edwin Flack Reserve.
It’s designed for ALL family members. There is no fee for current registered members. New members are welcomed and encouraged – It is $85 for the season. Please sign up by Friday at http://www.pakenhamlac.com.au or come down for a free trial on Saturday.

This week is reverse track.

The race order is as follows:
9:00am – U8-U9 1500m
9:05am – U12-U16 3000m
9:20am – U5 750m
9:25am – U6-U7 1000m
9:30am – U10-U11 2000m
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your race just in case we run a few minutes early .
