Week 11 of Cross Country season.

Location: Troups Creek (across the road from 106 Drysdale Avenue, Narre Warren North)

For all age groups not just U6-8.
Shotgun start – all distances start at the same time.
Flat course which includes a river crossing so bring some spare socks and shoes.

Distances:
U5-7 1.2km
U8-11 1.8km
U12-16 3km
(Age as at 31st December 2018)

All athletes need to be registered either with Little Athletics Victoria or registered as a trialist which can be organised on the day. Athletes will need their subway patch or a trialist wristband/card.

Parents and under 5s are invited to have a run/walk too but will need to sign a waiver beforehand.
