Week 10 of Cross Country season is this Saturday, 29th June at 9am at Lysterfield Lake. Enter via Horswood Road and park on the right hand side once you enter the park and meet at Logan Park Track . It’s designed for ALL family members. There is no fee for current registered members. New members are welcomed and encouraged – It is $85 for the season. Please sign up by Friday evening at http://www.pakenhamlac.com.au or come down for a free trial on Saturday.

Race schedule this week:
9:00am – U6-7 1000m
9:10am – U8-9 1500m
U5 500m
9:20am – U12-16 3000m
9:40am – U10-11 2000m

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your race just in case we run a few minutes early.
